Me

A bit about me

As someone who doesn’t enjoy talking about themselves, this part feels a bit challenging and awkward. But here goes. I like to think of myself as playfully curious and deeply invested in the work I create.

This curiosity has made me completely media-neutral, leading to diverse and unique projects. From floating a forty-foot duck across Auckland Harbour to sending an intern halfway around the world to make a cup of coffee, I've embraced the unconventional. I’ve turned arm and leg casts into money-saving vouchers, transformed every piece of media into a Fringe Festival Show, and created an addition for phones to take better dog selfies. As well as creating one of New Zealand’s favourite ads to date. I've also worked on initiatives to encourage men to talk more about their mental health and drinking habits, and helped prepare communities for bushfires.

This playful approach has earned me recognition at awards shows like The One Show, Cannes, D&AD, Clio, Spikes, Effie, AdStars, Axis, LIA, Webby, Caples, Award Awards, and more. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a judge at some of these prestigious events.

As a Creative Director, I’ve lead teams working on various FMCG, Government, and Education accounts, as well as on various other clients and new business pitches.

Additionally, I actively participate in agency culture and mental health initiatives. I strive to foster collaboration and support among team members, contribute to cultural events, and advocate for creating an industry with greater diversity at the leadership level as well as support by completing The Aunties Support Talk course. My efforts have not only driven creative excellence but also contributed to the agencies' growth in size, revenue, and capabilities.
